Two quick comments: 1. make the intent of the drawings clearer by identifying that the limited circulation is a problem. 2. The above is only of secondary importance, because the lack of "nature" is the real departure point of your project. Add a few annotated photos to make your point of introducing a building dominated by greenery plausible.

You might also want to reference commonwealth ave on your plan. The city alloted a large amount of greenspace here around the residential but there isn't much of a presence around the pru. Peace.
